MOTS-c and SS-31: A Mitochondrial Health Discussion

If you've been taking MOTS-c and you're not seeing results, there might be a reason why and it's not what you expect. MOTS-c is incredible. I talk about it all the time and I personally take it as well.
It's only going to work as well as your mitochondria health and this is the part that a lot of people don't know. MOTS-c is released by your mitochondria and it depends on your mitochondria to function. So if your mitochondria is damaged, dysfunctional, which happens from poor sleep, chronic stress, high inflammation, bad diet, just natural aging, MOTS-c is not gonna work how it should think of it like you're trying to take a seed and plant it in sand Wrong environment wrong nutrients So this is where something called SS
31 comes in and not a lot of people are talking about it In my opinion, this is one of the most underrated things in the tide world right now SS 31 is specifically designed to come in protect and repair your mitochondria function So it's going to target the inner membrane of your mitochondria
and this is where all your energy is produced So think of SS31 as taking that same seed, putting it in actual soil where it's fertilized, has a ton of nutrients to thrive and grow as it should. And once your mitochondria is repaired and recovered, MOTS-c can actually do what it's supposed to do.
Everything is going to work so much better because now your internal foundation is fixed. So if you want to connect to our clinic and ask our medical staff any questions that you might have, drop the word energy down below and I'll send you the intake form for our clinic.
MOTS-c and Cellular Health: Common Misconceptions

I'm interested in MOTS-C, but not because of how the internet portrays it. What I found most interesting about MOTS-C and why I decided to take it was what I heard about cellular energy. MOTS-C is being studied right now for the way it may affect how cells respond to and use energy.
So that's really interesting especially for women who are already sleeping, eating well, and exercising, but you're still feeling like your energy is not where it should be. But the way that it's portrayed online can give them an idea that it's okay to skip the basics, and I don't agree with that. I am pro-MOTS-c when the conversation starts with the person, not what's trending.
Low energy can come from a plethora of other issues. Low iron, poor sleep, medications, or so many other causes. And that's why you have to be so careful about listening to someone who's just promoting it.
They're not going to keep into account your health history or just you as an individual. The question should be, why is my energy low? And does this option actually fit my situation?
And this is why I like medical supervision. And this is why we started our clinic built to be well to ensure there's medical supervision Especially when we're putting things into our bodies and for me personally, I've been misdiagnosed I've been mistreated and this is why we care so much about you as an individual So if you want to connect to
our clinic to ensure you get a proper consultation and guidance on what to take for your personal needs Comment balance down below and I'll send you our intake form
What Is MOTS-c? Metabolism and Energy Explained
Read the transcript · 283 words
What is MOTS-C? If you're having a hard time losing fat, metabolism feels slow. Or if you've been stuck in a weight loss plateau for what feels like forever and you have no energy no matter how clean you're eating or how frequently you're working out, then let's talk about MOTS-C.
Your body produces this naturally. Every single time you work out, your mitochondria, which is what creates energy within our bodies, releases a compound called MOTS-C directly into your bloodstream. The problem is as we're getting older, our mitochondria stops functioning the way we want it to.
Chronic stress, poor sleep, and a poor diet can all tank your mitochondrial health. When your mitochondria struggle, that affects your metabolism, everything slows down, energy crashes, and your body starts storing fat instead of burning it. When you have an abundance of MOTS-c within your body and it's working how it should be, it's been shown to improve insulin sensitivity, which means your body's going to get better at using glucose for fuel and energy instead of storing it as fat.
It also helps enhance your physical endurance. So what it does is it mimics the effects of exercise, which is great. So if You're working out consistently, but it feels like you're not losing fat.
You're stuck in a plateau. Your energy is just tanked. This could be why.
This is one of my personal favorites. When I take it, I can notice my energy improved. I'm not drinking coffee throughout the day.
And I'm getting better lifts in the gym. So if you want more info, comment energy down below to learn about metabolic health through our clinic Built to Be Well.

I've spent thousands of dollars on serums, toners, skincare in general, and that only got me so far. So let me tell you how I got my skin looking glowy and the best it's ever looked with my internal stack. This is exactly what I use on a day-to-day basis to look how I do and just feel great.
Number one, GHK the copper pea. So what it does is it helps force your cells to produce more collagen and elastin. It repairs your skin tissue, which is the thing that makes you age at a cellular level.
But here's the thing that most people mess up when they take it. Be very careful where you administer it because it can sting. So my best suggestion is rotate spots.
And when you do it correctly, you're going to have glass skin. Number two, the ultimate recovery duo is the Wolverine Stack. This is a body protection compound that heals your gut and reduces inflammation everywhere.
It tells your body to build new blood vessels and repair muscle tissue, which is your skin. When you combine them together, it literally accelerates your body's natural healing process, which gives you that nice, bouncy, glassy, glowy skin. Also, if you have joint pain, your gut is just constantly messed up and you're achy, tired, this can help fix the foundation.
I'm also taking it for my psoriasis and eczema and I am seeing really good improvements, but I'll do a video later on that. Number three, M-O-T-S. Most women just don't connect their mitochondrial health to overall fat loss.
This is a mitochondrial P which mimics the effects of working out. As you're losing fat, your face is going to slim down. It tells your cells to burn fat for energy and improves your insulin sensitivity.
One thing I noticed when I take it is I'm getting better workouts. I have better stamina. I'm lifting heavier I'm hitting PRs on hip thrusts that I've never hit before and I'm having steady constant energy throughout the day Which makes me feel great and because I'm feeling great ladies I'm not stressed out and my skin is looking so much better So if you're tired of feeling just okay Blah
and you want to fix your body from the inside out This is the stack that works for me to help me with my skin energy levels and just has me feeling the best I have in so long if you want to find out what works for you drop balance down below and let's

MOTS-c: Mitochondria, Energy and Metabolic Health
Read the transcript · 214 words
If you feel tired all the time, if you feel like you're hitting a weight loss plateau, or just feel like your metabolism is working against you, let's talk about MOTS-c. MOTS-c is a mitochondrial-derived peptide. And if you don't remember 5th grade science, mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell, which means it creates your energy.
When we deal with chronic stress, when we have a poor diet, our mitochondrial function can drop. MOTS-c literally targets your muscle tissue and tells your mitochondria, like, wake up, it's time to function. Clinical research shows that when you take MOTS-c, it significantly improves insulin sensitivity.
It also helps enhance glucose metabolism and boost physical endurance. It essentially mimics the effects of exercises on your cells, and that's because it tells your body to stop holding on to fat and burning it for energy. And because it's a massive energy booster, you preferably want to take it in the morning or even right after a workout.
So if you feel like your metabolism has stalled out, you're tired all the time, this could be the missing piece. If you want to know more, comment or message me the word energy and one of our doctors at Built to Be Well can have a conversation with you.
